Your clients see polished, data-driven SEO reports that look like your agency built every chart. We produce branded monthly reports covering rankings, traffic, and performance, then hand them to you privately. No third-party logos, no mention of us, no awkward questions from clients.
What's included
A good SEO report does more than show numbers. It tells the client a clear story about where they are, where they were, and what comes next, all under your agency name.
01
Fully designed PDF reports carrying your agency logo, colour palette, and contact details on every page. No default template fonts, no stock imagery, no watermarks. Clients receive a document that looks like it was produced in-house by a senior member of your team.
02
We build a shareable dashboard for each client pulling live data from Google Search Console and Google Analytics. The dashboard is shared under your agency link, not ours, so clients access it directly without knowing the source. Updated automatically, no manual refresh needed.
03
Every report includes a written commentary section that translates the data into plain language. What went up, what went down, why it happened, and what we are doing about it. Written to sound like your agency voice. Clients stop calling to ask what the numbers mean when they can read a clear summary on page one.
04
Keyword ranking changes across the full tracked set, annotated with any algorithm update windows. Organic traffic volume, session quality, and landing page performance from Google Analytics. Both data sets are presented in the same report so clients see the relationship between positions and visits in one view. Pairs directly with our SEO service for a complete picture.
05
For agencies whose clients prefer a slide-style report over a document, we produce a presentation-format version alongside the PDF. Suitable for screen-sharing during monthly review calls. Sections are structured to walk through in order, with key wins highlighted on the opening slide so the first thing a client sees is positive momentum.
06
Your branding is applied consistently across the header, footer, charts, data labels, and summary sections of every deliverable. Colour-coded charts use your primary palette. Section headers use your brand font. The cover page carries your agency tagline. The client experience from page one to page last is entirely yours. See the full reporting scope alongside our technical SEO audits for a complete agency offering.
Why agencies choose us
There is no way for a client to identify that a third party produced their report. No tool attribution, no footer credits, no file metadata linking back to us. Every report passes as your own agency work because it is designed and delivered that way from the start.
You set the delivery date when we onboard a client and we hit it every month. Reports arrive in your inbox or shared folder with enough lead time for you to review, add a note, and forward them on. No last-minute scrambling the night before a client call.
A well-produced report that clearly shows progress is one of the most effective ways to keep a client on retainer. Clients who receive clear, consistent reporting cancel far less often than those who only hear from their agency when something goes wrong.
Data visualisation, rank tracking software, and PDF design tools all carry monthly fees. We absorb those costs into the reporting service. You do not need to purchase or maintain a separate reporting stack to offer your clients a professional monthly summary.
How it works
Logo, colour hex codes, font name (or we match from the logo), and your agency contact details. This is a one-time setup that applies to all client reports under your account.
For each client you want reported on, you share read-only access to their Google Search Console and Google Analytics properties. We set up rank tracking for their target keywords based on an initial keyword list you provide.
Data is pulled, visualised, and written up in your brand template. A plain-English summary section is written for each client individually based on that month's actual results, not a generic month-on-month template copy.
The branded PDF arrives before your agreed client delivery date. Forward it, add your own note, or use it as the basis for your client call. Clients see your name, your branding, and your contact details throughout.
