Getting Started

Onboarding takes 24 hours or less. You share your agency logo, preferred branding, and report format. We configure your account, set up your deliverable templates, and assign your account manager. After that, you can submit your first brief immediately.
We offer six services: organic SEO campaigns, GEO and AI search optimisation, SEO content writing, technical SEO audits, local SEO, and white label reporting. Each can be used individually or combined into a complete white label package.
You can use any single service or any combination. There is no requirement to take a bundle and no minimum spend across the service range. Many agencies start with one service and add others as their white label offering grows.
Yes. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement before any work begins. Many agencies request this as standard and we treat it as a routine part of the onboarding process.

Billing and Contracts

Billing is per campaign and per service. You are charged for the work you actually commission, with no monthly retainer fees when campaigns are not active. We invoice on delivery and you can scale volume up or down each month without penalty.
No. Campaigns run on a flexible monthly arrangement. You can pause, scale back, or stop with 30 days notice and no exit fee or penalty. There is no minimum term and no commitment required beyond the current campaign month.
Yes. You pay our agency rate and charge your clients whatever margin works for your business. There are no restrictions on how you price the service, no reporting requirements on your client billings, and no minimum markups.

Delivery and Quality

Most deliverables are completed within 3 to 5 working days of brief submission. Rush turnarounds are available on request for time-sensitive campaigns. Your account manager confirms the exact timeline when they acknowledge your brief.
Never. All communication goes through your agency. Your clients have no way of knowing we are involved. We do not call them, email them, or appear in any document they receive. The client relationship belongs entirely to you.
Revision requests go directly to your account manager, not a general queue. We revise any deliverable until you are satisfied. There is no limit on revisions and no additional charge for amending work to match your feedback.

Account Management and Reporting

Each agency is assigned one dedicated account manager who handles your entire client book. You contact them directly for briefs, revision requests, progress updates, and questions. There are no shared inboxes, no ticket numbers, and no middlemen.
Monthly reports cover ranking movements, organic traffic changes, technical health, completed work for the period, and planned activity for the month ahead. Every report is formatted with your agency logo and contact details before delivery. Your clients receive them from you. See our white label reporting service for full details.
Yes. We have the capacity to run multiple campaigns in parallel without drop-off in quality or turnaround time. Whether you bring us one campaign or a large book of clients, the process and the standards are the same. See how we scale for more detail.
